 • Canada: 5-10 business days
 • World: 10-20 business days
 
Your order will be sent out on average within 3 days of ordering. 
 
International shipping:
 
International shipments may incur customs fees. For each country the customs policy is different, and the fee is usually based on a variety of factors like weight, value, and size.
We do not take responsibility for customs fees.

How can I return or exchange my item(s)?

Accepted Answer

If you are unsatisfied for any reason, we provide returns and exchanges for US orders placed within 20 days. Merchandise must be unused, unworn and in good condition.
 
To initiate a return or exchange please contact us via email at ask@seeourearth.com. 
 
Provide the following in the email:
 
1. [Re: Return /Exchange]
2. First and Last Name
3. Order #
4. Reason for return or exchange
 
CREDIT
Refunds are for merchandise values only and will be credited to the original form of payment.
 
Allow 7-14 business days to process your return
 
Upon completion of the return, you will receive an email notification.
Please allow a full billing cycle for credit to appear on your financial statement.
